Can I create contact forms for multiple websites?

We manage over 400 Wordpress websites and need a simple solution for setting up contact forms without failure. Each website would send the form details to its own unique email address but the email address used to send the email can be the same. In short, when we set up a new website for a client, we can quickly install via a plugin.

Adding JotForm into Wordpress websites is pretty easy. You just have to copy the form embed code and paste it on WP post or page. It is also possible to use a single form or create multiple forms for your multiple websites, whichever you prefer.
