Hi we are an angling association and our members need to send in catch returns every year to the association this is usually done through the postal service but I am trying to get it fixed up for them to be able to do this electronically though our website https://midclydeanglingassociation.com/ I have a pdf of the returns form but am having problems uploading it onto your form,can you please advise.

My understanding is that you want to embed a PDF in your form. We do have a widget called PDF Embedder that allows you to display a PDF document in your form. Please take note that you still need to upload the PDF file in your web server.
