I checked your site (https://www.wordsburg.com.sg/pay) but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. I was able to view the images in your form embedded to your site properly.
Are you still encountering the issue? If you are still encountering the issue, can you provide to us the browser and device you are using when you encounter the issue so we can further investigate?

I have removed individual icons and club them into one png file.. which solved the problem
