Does your forms support barcode scanning?

Our company is trying to build multiple online forms for our warehouse to utilize and provide status updates for our orders to our ticketing system via email. 

We are looking to setup forms which can perform the following functions and steps

- warehouse employee places order on shelf

- warehouse employee uses smartphone to scan the QR barcode assigned to the shelf

- QR barcode takes employee to online form assigned to the shelf 

- Employee scans two separate barcodes from the order slip into the online form

- Employee adds any additional notes or comments in a text box

- Employee hits submit and the online form is sent to a designated email address programmed into the form

Mostly, yes, you can achieve almost all of the above with our forms. The only thing you can not do is to scan certain Bar/QR code and pass that information to our form. You can not connect such devices with our forms.

I'll answer your question like this:

- warehouse employee uses smartphone to scan the QR barcode assigned to the shelf

- QR barcode takes employee to online form assigned to the shelf 

This is possible if you make that QR code to be a URL of your form.

- Employee scans two separate barcodes from the order slip into the online form

This is not possible unfortunately, they will have to input that manually.

- Employee adds any additional notes or comments in a text box

Of course, this is possible, you can set any field you need in your form for this purpose.

- Employee hits submit and the online form is sent to a designated email address programmed into the form
