    Hi, I just created a submission form. However, I tested it, and I never get a notification on my email that I received a filled out form.

    I reviewed your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/70354841466257  email settings and I noted that there was no Notification E-mail setup on the form.

    You should add a Notification also to allow the Recipient E-mail to receive email from form submissions.
