Is it possible to setup a filter that will show the incomplete payments in one place vs having to check every single form for an incomplete payment?

Asked by haggis on February 05, 2017 at 04:29 PM

I currently have 14 active forms accepting payments for various items.  Is it possible to create a view that will show the incomplete payments in a single place vs having to look at each form if it has an incomplete payment??

    Also,

when I view an incomplete payment on a mobile device, I do not get the option to complete the payment.  I have to move to a desktop in order to complete the payment.  Can it be setup that the button to complete the payment shows up on a mobile device?

    thanks!!

Unfortunately there is no such filter available within the View Submission panel of the forms itself.

However, what you may want to use is the Incomplete Payment Email.

    User guide: How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

You can create email rules and folders in your mailbox that will filter the submission emails related to incomplete payments.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

The other concern was about a different feature. I created a separate thread for it here
