VERY Confusing + Many Bugs!!!

I was highly recommended to Jotform, as I own 6 websites for my business, and I utilize a LOT of custom forms.

Sadly, while your user interface is pretty good, I found the task of creating and linking my email, setting up the message, etc. EXTREMELY tricky and time consuming. Further, there is a lack of explanation for every option, which explains the feature. When using Wufoo, it is the complete opposite. Their system walks a user through the entire set-up, and CLEARLY explains what each function does, and offers suggestions for possible inputs.

Every time I made an edit in your software, and then tried to save them, it would not work. I finally figured out a workaround, but it appears your system has a bug or something. I am using Chrome on a Mac running El Capitan version 10.11.6, and I very rarely have any issues with other form builders I use.

Was hoping to use your service instead of Wufoo and Ninja forms, as it appeared simpler, and is definitely cheaper than Ninja, but it took me HOURS to create a very simple form :(

Thanks for your feedback. We have all the functions and features documented at https://www.jotform.com/help/

Few of the documents are still in the process of updating for Version 4, but the content should still be helpful. However our through our 24/7 support, you will be replied with the solution to your concerns.

I still am forwarding  your concern "Their system walks a user through the entire set-up, and CLEARLY explains what each function does, and offers suggestions for possible inputs.",  to higher management.

You also mentioned that every time you try to edit the farm it will not save and you figured a workaround. I tested the forms at my end and edited and saved successfully on Mac + Chrome.

Please provide us the screenshot and steps to replicate the issue, so we can figure out a solution for you.

To add screenshot to the forum please follow the steps below :

1, Click on the Insert/edit image tool in the message editor

I appreciate all of your help, and I thank you, but your platform is
just a bit too confusing. In addition to the issues I mentioned in my
earlier email. I spend more than $1,000 per year on custom forms, and I
thought this would be the perfect solution for me, but your platform does
not have the ease of use of Wufoo, or the customization abilities of Ninja
forms. It's stuck somewhere in-between, which, for me, isn't really the
best option. I would like to play around with your products a bit more, but
from my initial tests, it's just an okay product, nothing more.

I appreciate your honest feedback. I had created a new thread to know more about the concern you mentioned about not able to save after editing.

You can check the thread at https://www.jotform.com/answers/1059769

Please provide more information to that thread, so we can help you resolve the issue.
