When the buyer selects the agent Andrew & Nikki the offer form should be emailed to both Andrew@adcock.com.au and nikki@adcock.com.au but it is only coming to me (Andrew)
This has worked fine in the past its just not today.
Could you please help me rectify this.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
As I checked given recipient e-mails, nikki@adcock.com.au was in the bounce list because of the following reason. Please note that I removed it from the bounce.
On the other hand, When I checked your mail, log, nikki@adcock.com.au seemed to receive all the notification as you.
I also sent a test submisison before remove nikki@adcock.com.au form the bounce, my test submisison was also sent both of you successfully.
However, it should have gave warning on your mail log about bounce but not. Could you please tell nikki@adcock.com.au to check spam folder and mark Jotform e-mails as not spam if found there.
