Hello , I have created a form that successfully preserved it, but when I click on view form goes the writing - form is not found . What is the reason?

I manually checked the account and form for any phishing related activity but I did not find anything. 

I have now reinstated the account and form. You should now be able to use them again when logged in at http://www.jotform.com/login
