On my form the subtotal is not showing the shipping consistently for all products
It is set at a flat rate shipping of 7 dollars. How do I make it show up at all timesPage URL:

I have cloned your form to my side.
When I selected the first item in the product list, there is no issue in the 'Shipping'. The problem starts after "Wish Upon A Pearl Cage Necklace - Twister $ 59.95" in the product list.
Could you please give me some time to check the properties of the other products?

I made more investigation on my form. I noticed that after you update the Purchase Order, your issue was fixed. Please follow the instruction below:
#1- Open Payment Settings.
#2- Click Shipping and make disable the shipping. After that, please close the window. Make sure this change is saved.
#3- Finally, please enable shipping again.
