We have upgraded to Bronze but am unable to create more than 5 Forms

    Hi,

    You seem to have upgraded your account to Bronze yearly plan on 12/29/2016. However, this somehow failed to take effect and currently your account is on free plan. 

    I have now manually upgraded your account back to Bronze as it should be. You can now create up to 25 forms. We are sorry for the inconvenience that is caused by this.
