Why my email is bouncing?

    Hi, received an email today to day that my registered email f.ayhan@cap-connect.com was bouncing.

    This is the same email I've used throughout, is a valid address  and I received several emails last week on earlier queries form your site. 

    I've retyped it again. hopefully this should fix.

    I've checked your account email f.ayhan@cap-connect.com and it was on the bounce list as you can see the screenshot below with its reason:

    I've removed your email from both the bounce list and unsubscribe list.

    There should not be any problem in your email address now.

    Moreover, you can check if your email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
