Why was I charged for another month of the Bronze Plan if I already cancelled?

    I would like to receive a refund and would like to downgrade from Bronze to the free plan.  Thanks!

    We do apologize about this billing issue you are having and thanks for letting us know.

    I've looked into this problem and found that this happened because your subscription wasn't cancelled yet.

    This is due to having a paypal subscription which is not automatically cancelled on our end.

    To rectify this situation it's best to log into your paypal account and cancel it on your end to expedite this process otherwise you must wait for us to do it from our end which can sometimes take awhile unless you inform us as you have here in the forum.

    I've also added your request for a refund to our paypal refund queue to be reviewed by our Billing Team from my end so this may take roughly 2-3 days and if approved be credited back to you.
