I integrated the jot form with Google Docs, but the columns are disappearing on Google docs when people apply.
could I get some help?

I have tested Google Spreadsheet integration on one of my forms and it is working correctly. Are new submissions now shown on your end or only some columns are now shown?
Please try to reintegrate your form with Google Spreadsheet. Remove the current integration and integrate your form again.
If the issue still persist on your end after reintegration, please provide us more details about your issue and provide us ID of your form.
