I want to shrink the colums in my form to fit up to 8 fields in one horizontal row. JotForm tech support replied with "You can clone or shrink the form elements so that you can put many of them on the same row. What you should do is while editing your form simply right click your form element." I tried this and it did not work. When I asked if they build cusomt forms the reply I got was "We do not have email support for free users. So, please post your questions on the forum on our site. "

I am a free user because I want to find out if this is a service that I should pay for......I need to find out if it even can accomplish what I need it to before I pay...any advice?

If you need to pur 8 fields on an horizantal line, I think the best option is to use a matrix field. It is under the "Survey Tools" on the form builder.
