Checklist widget is forwarding CHECKED/UNCHECKED texts when the form is saved on version 4 builder

For some reason since the new 4.0 version this form is showing results in a strange manner in my Google  spreadsheet.

It either records the selection as checked or unchecked! I've never seen this before the rollout of the new version.

Can you check this for me.

This is not a change applied with the new v4 builder, this is the way how to data in the Checklist widget is sent, if you notice, it is displayed the same in the submissions page. 

May be that you used a different field before that was not sending the info like that, you could also check on our multiple selections widgets category where you could find another widget that sends the info in a different way: https://widgets.jotform.com/category/multiple_entries

That is strange because I've used this form for awhile and as you can see from the first submission recorded in the spreadsheet it did not say checked or unchecked!

OK I just went to the old version and resaved my form. Then I completed the form on my website and it is no longer recording the info as checked or unchecked....gremlins!

Actually, you are right and I was able to replicate the problem. The checklist widget is not forwarding the CHECKED/UNCHECKED text on Version 3. When the form is saved in the Version 4, the widget will start sending this extra texts. 

Let me forward this thread to our widget team for further checking. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

For the meantime, please keep the form on version 3, do the changes on the version 3.

Hi, make sure you set the "Hide unchecked" option to get rid of the Unchecked format. Please try that again and let us know if the problem persist.
