Jot Form Logo repeats at bottom of my form

From what I understand you're having an issue with your form's jotform footer repeating itself.

I checked your account where I found one form but there was not a repeating footer.

Is your form embedded on a website?

If so then most likely there is a conflict between the form script and your scripts already running on your website causing it to malfunction.

So for that type of problem I would recommend trying to re-embed your form via the iframe code method to see if that makes any difference.
