Please explain how to make a backup or copy of a form to PROTECT the hard work in building the form.

Or, if it gets messed up by a user, how to get the BACK UP copy back in its original form?

If we like a VERSION 1 of form, how do you make a copy of that form to start modifying it?

What is the purpose of ARCHIVE?  If you archive the form, it puts it in that folder and DISABLES the live form.

    Regards,

    Steven

You can clone your form to make a backup of form.

How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

You can also use form revision history to revert your form to previous version.

How to view form revision history

Archived form will be disabled. Purpose can be to remove it from My forms folder if you are currently not using it, but you do not want to delete it or you do not which that it is shown inside of My form Folder. Also it can be used if you want to lower the number of used forms. Free account can have 5 active forms and archived forms will not be counted.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
