Is there a permanent solution to stop my email address from being bounced?

    Hi,

     

    How come my recipient email still keeps on going to the bounced list? This is very frustrating as I have to make unboounce every now and then in the jotform website.

    The email recipient is aclippard@biopharmaservices.com for my Volunteer Columbia form.

    Can you please fix this permanently?

    We do apologize for any continued troubles you're having with ending up in our bouncelist.

    I've checked your email again for you and it's not currently in our bouncelist but, I believe that may be due to you removing it not too long ago.

    Unfortunately, as of right now we do not have a way to remove you from our bouncelist permanently because when your email gets rejected or flagged that is sent out to you from us this forces our system to realize that and stop sending them.

    There can be a number of reasons why emails might stop being sent and we're still exploring solutions to rectify the situation for many of our users experiencing this issue.

    Yes i removed it from the bounced list before i sent you the question.

    I've tried the first 2 links that you had provided but the issue is still happening. 

    I will try the 3rd and hopefully will fix the issue.
