Is it possible to deselect radio button/checkbox field option with conditions?

Asked by JanaRFerguson on February 06, 2017 at 02:00 PM

Is there a way  to set condition so the fields in a question (both radio buttons and checked boxes) related to the previous question get unchecked if the answer to the first question is changed from Yes to No. Currently the fields stay selected instead of being cleared out automatically. Is there an easy fix to that?

    Thank you,

    Hello Jana,

Yes, it is possible to deselect a radio/checkbox fields by using conditions. And here is a condition on how to do that:

So if you insert zero into the checkbox/radio button it will deselect the field.

Let us know how it worked for you.

    Thank you!
