Template or directions for potluck type sign up?

Hi!

I would like to create a form for a potuck sign up. So, I would like to list the different dishes that you could sign up for. When someone signs up, I would like that form to update. (so for example, if I ask for 3 bags of shredded lettuce, if someone signs up, i would like it to update to 2). Do you have a template or directions for this? Thanks!

It will allow you to set up your options and limit the quantity available for those options.  When someone selects and option and submits the form, it will reduce the number available.  If the total available reaches 0, it will no longer allow that option to be selected.

We do not have any specific templates I could find for potlucks that would include that widgets, but it shouldn't be too difficult to set up.
