2checkout: Add CZK - Czech Koruna as available currency

Hello,

I'm setting up form with payment and we are using 2checkout as payment gateway, but there is no option to change curency to CZK - Czech Koruna in settings.

I have checked and it seems that CZK - Czech Koruna option does not exist in 2checkout payment settings. 

I assume that mentioned currency is supported with 2Checkout, based on reference that I found on this webpage.

I will escalate this to our developers to see if it CZK - Czech Koruna can be added as payment currency. However we can not give you exact time when and if this will be implemented.
