I have sent multiple requests, but none of them are going through. Jotform says the email was sent successfully, but it never arrives.

We do apologize about any trouble you might be having with receiving the password reset email for your jotform account.
I've tested this and it is working on my end normally.
Also, your account is active and I don't see your email in our bouncelist.
Have you tried checking your spam folder to see if it ended up there?
