I currently used a template for a purchase order form and would like to be able to accept payment through this form through our vendor Authorize.Net. Can you please let me know how I can do this - is it simply that I have signed up for a paid subscription at this time and once I pay then I can add Authorize.Net? Thanks.

You can change the payment method on the form by deleting the existing payment field (Purchase order) and add the new payment field (Authorize.net). Please make sure that you select to keep the products by clicking 'Yes' on the prompt displayed after deleting the field.
By clicking Yes, the products from the deleted payment field (Purchase order) will be added automatically in the newly added payment field (Authorize.net) and you are not required to add the products manually again.

Purchase order is also considered a payment tool. If you want to use another payment tool, you have to delete the purchase order field in your form.
Don't worry, as soon as you add a new payment tool, the products you've setup will be automatically carried over.
