I have a couple of accounts linked to jot form and Im trying rto figure out my users

I have a couple of accounts linked to jot form and Im trying to figure out my users. I cant find my Forms that are linked to the same email which makes me think its the same email with 2 different accounts. 

There is only one account registered with your email address "create@geo4ads.com". Let us know if you need more help.
