Why does body of ticket sent to receiver contain a merged/jumbled verison of PDF file?

    I have cloned your form and when tested it, I see that the notification and auto-responder received normally with the PDF attachment. As I check the screenshot, it looks like that the email is being checked on an email client like Outlook, etc. If so, could you try checking the email in the web-based interface and see if it is displayed correctly?
