Can't connect Stripe

    I am trying to connect our Stripe account to our form.

    In the Stripe integration wizard, I click on the blue "Connect with Stripe" button. I get the new window to authorize Stripe. I "Connect my Stripe account" and the the blue button on the Gateway Credentials bar spins and says "Connecting" and then goes back to asking to "Connect with Stripe"

    What am I missing? Why will it not connect?

    Mode: Test Mode

    Currency: US Dollars

    Verify Integration: Unable to verify

    Payment Type: User Defined Amount (passing though from total field above in the form)

    Get Price From: entryFee field

    I have just tried connecting my test Stripe account and I was able to connect it without any issue.

    Once you login to your Stripe account to authorize, make sure you click on 'Skip this account form' if you are logging to Test mode. Also, please try logging to your JotForm account using a different browser or an incognito/private window to see if that works.

    As I was checking your JotForm, I also notice that there are plain text fields below the Billing address field to collect the credit card information which is not allowed with JotForm.Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.
