How do I clear my submission storage?

Hello, I got the alert that our submission storage is full. How can I clear old data? I tried deleting forms but that didn't seem to help. Thanks!

You can clear the submission storage by deleting the submissions on your account. Please see our guide here: How to Delete Form Submission Data.

If you like, you can backup the data before deleting them by following this guide: How to export all of your data at once.

For the deleted forms, you can purge them to completely remove the form and submissions within it. However, please note that you will not be able to recover a form once it has been purged.
