Why my form has been disabled?

    My phone doesn't work even though I enabled it in the settings. Do you know how to fix this?

    I have checked your account and I have seen that your account has been auto-suspended by our automatic phishing detection system as you have requested Instagram login information from users as the following screenshot:

    Please note that you are not allowed to receive any credentials in your forms. However, I've seen that you did not request the Instagram password. So that, I have re-activated your account.
