Why my account is suspended

    Your account has been auto-suspended by our Anti-Phishing Tool. Please note that asking sensitive details, login credentials, passwords, credit card details from the users of the form is against the Term of Use. I checked your form and I noticed that you have a Password filed. If you want to restrict certain people to access your form, you can change the "Password" field  into other labels like "Acces Code" or "Access Key".  Please inform us if you have already removed so that we can activate your account again.

    Understood that. I will removed the "password" field after log in. Please unlock it. Thanks

    I have removed the field in question on your form and activated your account again. Please avoid password field on your form so your account will not be suspended again.
