I have a couple of recipients set up on my notifications, but emails are only coming through to myself. I think its happened since you have updated your website. Please can you offer advice on how to solve this issue. Thank you.

The issue is not related to the Version 4.
I've checked your forms and recipient email addresses belong to your forms. I've seen that your recipient email address email@example.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive submissions into your email address firstname.lastname@example.org. I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
You shouldn't have any problems with receiving emails with your other recipient email addresses as I've checked all of them.
Moreover, you can check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
