    Hello,

Can you please confirm that the link to the page you have shared is correct? So far I tried visiting it but there is a connection timeout error.

Also when you say import, do you mean to say you want the form to be embedded on the page? Anyhow, once we're able to access the page we'll be able to figure out what's wrong.

We'll look forward to your response.

    Thank you for your return.

However, I was also unable to access that page. In addition, we did not receive the attachment you sent. Could you please send your attachment to  jotformsupport@gmail.com under the subject regarding thread#1058891.

    Waiting for your feedback.

I am also unable to assess to webpage or domain you provided. Can you please inspect elements on that webpage find the ID of the form that is embedded there and provide us ID of the form, if the form that is embedded is JotForm form.

Also do you want to clone that form?

It is also possible that user who created that, does not allow that form is cloned.

If the form is not JotForm form it is possible that it can not be cloned.
