Our Customers is unable to fill up and submit the form thrice today and we have faced this problem third or fourth time in last two weeks. I can't find JotForms in your website. Could you please give us the details of the forms like forms ID or name for letting us investigate the issue further?

I cloned your form and it is working properly. Also I sent a test submission to your form, it is working properly, too.
Your form includes a lot of upload fields. This may cause errors if your users try to upload that much photo to your form with a bad connection. Hence, the issue is not replicable from our side and is not related to JotForm at the moment. Please try to decrease your form's load by decreasing upload fields.
If you encounter the issue again, please send errors that the browser gives. You can also use console for detailed errors. If you think the issue is related to JotForm, please send us screenshots about the issue. If you encounter it again, please take the screenshot of your console, which might be useful for us.
