    I cannot receive notifications

    I have made a form that should send emails to remote@rade.kommune.no, but we dont recieve any email. The email account is OK, and have been tested with sending test email from a gmail account.

    Hello,

    When I check your e-mail address, I find that your recipient address is on our bounce list. 

    I removed your e-mail address from the bounce list. However, in order to not to encounter this issue again, I would like to recommend you to follow the guides which I shared with you below.

    What is bounce list?

    An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.

    If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list. 

    To prevent further bouncing related issues, please see our guide here: How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues

    Especially, it's recommended to setup SMTP o prevent the bounce issues: How to Setup SMTP for a Form 

    If your problem persists, please let us know.

    Hello..!
    I have now verified that the form sends emails as wanted. We have our own Exchange server, and I think that use of SMTP will be difficult. Is it possible to get an alert/warning to an alternative email adress when my email adress gets on the bounce list?

    Is it possible to get an alert/warning to an alternative email adress when my email adress gets on the bounce list?

    Unfortunately, this is not available at the moment. However, if the email address gets on the bounce list, there will be a pop-up on the form builder that will notify you that the email is in the bounce list.

    You can remove it from the bounce list by clicking the Remove button or you can follow the steps in this guide. But, we highly recommend you to use SMTP sender to prevent this bouncing email issues. If issue still persists, please also ask your email provider to add our JotForm email addresses to their whitelist. Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
