We opened a new thread to assist you in a better way. Since, you have different issues with stripe.
Regarding this thread, it was assigned to one of our developers in order to fix this problem.

there was a glitch in our system that displayed the Stripe connection as test mode where in fact it was connected in live mode.
I've pushed a fix that solves the issue.
The next time you establish a Stripe connection this will clear itself.
