Docusign: Error Screen after completion of form

    Hi there - the form 'works' - but there is an error post signing which isn't good....



    See screenshot attached of error. 


    So to clarify - i get the completed form in my Docusign account, but the person filling it in receives the error window.


    Please help.

    I could replicate the issue from my side:

    Sorry for the late response. 

    We're trying to understand what is causing the error. The code on our side works perfectly on a standard setting, so need a little bit more information. 

    Which docusign plan are you currently signed up for?
