How can I share my forms with another Jotform user?

I need to add another person to our organization jotform subscription to develop and manage forms.  Is there a way to do that?

Yes, you can share your forms with a sub-account user. If you want, you can specify the forms which you wish to share. Thus, you don't have to share all forms with your sub-user or sub-users. Moreover, you can limit the access to either "View Submissions" or "Edit Form" or both.
