- ldoodyAsked on February 07, 2017 at 10:26 AMPeriodically, when a user makes a payment via our website on their cell phone or tablet the payment is erroneously duplicated (or triplicated or more) without the user hitting SUBMIT to send it again.We suspect they are not closing down the browser and when they go back in, something running in the background sends the payment again.We are spending a lot of time voiding duplicate payments done while using this form.Can you please review and let us know if this is a current issue with the Authorize.net payment component?Thank you!Page URL:

The form data might be sent again if the default Thank You Page is reloaded. What you can try in this case is to switch the Thank You Page from 'Show a Thank You page' to 'Redirect to external link' option. It means that you will need to redirect user to some Thank You Page on your website.
