Why is my form URL pre population not working now?

Hi there, 

I had managed to get one form to pre populate into another form and it is not no longer working. 

What was: https://form.jotformeu.com/63274327883363?uniqueId={uniqueidpull}&university8={university4}

seems to be coming out as:

https://form.jotformeu.com/63274327883363?uniqueId=&university8=Universityof%20Wales

and not populating any of the fields (see screenshot of no population happening)

This is integral to the function of this system, as the hidden Unique Id data fed into the same folders automatically. which was fantastic and key to our processes. 

Any reason why this is happening?
