I have an intake form for orders at my business. There is an "additinal info" section kn the form in which special requests or dtails about the order can be noted.
I would like to know if there is a setting that would allow me to recieve a direct wmail notification if a form has been submitted with additional information?

Yes, this is possible. You can set an email conditions to your form. Here's a guide: How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer.
Here's an example of my condition:
It means that IF the text field is equal to "Send mail to manager". The email notification will send an email to the firstname.lastname@example.org
