On the email submission, how do I show each question even though there may be no answer provided?

    I built a form for clients into which they can put their tax information.  The tax preparer has to see each question in the submission so she can prompt clients when they leave things out.  How do I do that?  I am struggling to find where to do this with the new format.  Thanks.

    If I understood you correctly, you want that all fields (empty and filled) are shown inside of email Notification. To achieve this you need to set Hide Empty Fields option to NO inside of your email Notification settings.
