Will I have to pay a fee if people purchase items through Paypal?

We are a non-profit, currently using forms through our wesite (leaguelineup.com)

When a sponsor uses our forms to donate we have to pay 1% of the purchase price to the website. Will we have to pay you anything for using your forms if we stay within the minimum parameters for a free account?

If you will be receiving payments from your users using the payment integration, it will be counted as a "Payment Submission". Please take note that under the Free plan, you can only receive 10 payment submissions per month.

You don't need to upgrade your plan as long as you stay within the limit. Please check our pricing page for more information about the limits.

We do provide discount for non-profit organizations. Please go to this page: (https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing) and follow the instructions. We'll review the application and upon approval, you will receive an email with the instructions on how to upgrade your account.
