Is it possible to not have multi page forms jump down the page?

Hi there, I have a form I created that has multiple pages.  Problem I have is when you press next, it jumps down the page.  If you go to www.infusion-it.com/rogers3 you'll see it there, enter anything and press next and it jumps down the page, I want it to stay put.  We use Pagecloud so I believe iframe was the only option that worked.  Is this an issue with jotform or something on Pagecloud?

It appears to be a normal behavior when the form is scrolling to the top of the form container. However, you may try the next code to see if it makes any difference on your website.
