Upload File Not Working

I am creating a couple different form applications that require the applicant to upload their resume. I used the "File Upload" element found in the "Basic Elements" but when you click on the "Upload File" button nothing happens and you cannot upload any file. Is there a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

I did a test submission to your form. I attached a image of JotForm and I was not able to replicate the issue. The upload field is working fine. See the image below:

You can also try the Drag and Drop Upload widget. Please keep in mind about the maximum limit if it's too low your upload file might not work. Try increasing it to 5,120 KB that is equal to 5 MB.
