How do I find where the form is located?

Hi! 

I am taking over website duties and I cant seem to find where the previous developer put the form on the website. We are still getting inquiries, but I can't, for the life of me, find out where the form is living.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

I checked your webpage but I wasn't able to locate any JotForm form on it. It is possible that the form is embedded on a different website.
