File Upload not working

I am creating a couple form applications that require the pplicant to upload a copy of their resume to the form. I am using the "File Upload" element found in Basic Elements. However, the "Upload File" button does not work when you click on it and the applicant cannot attach their resume. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

The file uploads worked for me but I think you need to change the file upload size in order for it to work. Adjust it to maybe 10, 000 to accept a 10MB file.
