Our jotform is not working

    Hi, Our jotform is no longer working. I have attached a picture of what the page looks like when we try to access it.

    This is because it has exceeded the storage limit for free account 100 MB , therefore you should upgrade or buy the storage plan which is only $5 a month.

    I have re-enabled temporary your account cccyouth.

    Now you can upgrade. Just one thing: If you purchase the Storage plan, the account will still have the same limits as a free account, just with more storage for submissions. So I guess upgrading to Bronze is more suitable, but it is up to you.

    Hi Sandra,

    I activated your account temporary. Please log in to your Jotform account and follow these steps in order to upgrade your account. 

    #1- After you log in to your account, please go to the "Pricing" page.

    https://www.jotform.com/pricing

    #2- Choose a plan that best meets your needs and then please click on the "Upgrade" button.

    #3- Select your payment schedule and your payment method. 

    #4- Finally, make your payment and that's all.

    Moreover, we have a user guide if you want to follow it.

    Our records shows the account was upgraded to Bronze yearly plan in March 2nd.
