I can't get rid of the "Please Run the Wizard" text!!!!!

It's a broken widget in the form. I don't know what's the name, but I have just removed it for you.

No. I'm sure that won't happen again unless there is a glitch. I tried it, the widget is working well. If the problem happens again in your forms, please update us so we can investigate further and inform our developers about it.
