Our password started not working, so I tried to reset using our login email: email@example.com and I get a message saying that there is no account with that name.
Please let me know how to get back in or to restore settings.

There is only a guest account registered with that email address. If you have created a form with a guest account, please give us the link to it. Otherwise go ahead and sign up a free account with us.
