Email notification is quite long, any way to reduce it?

Hi can you tell me what I might be doing wrong. Below is the email that comes to me and I was wondering is there anything that will make my copy spread the copy across the page so it doesn’t make the pages so long when printed out?

While editing your form, you can edit the body of the email.  While editing your form, click on the "Settings" tab, then click on "Emails".  From there, mouse over your email notification and click on the little pencil icon to open up the editor:

From there, you can edit the body of the email:

 

Add spacing, change the wording, whatever you'd like to customize can be changed.
